Hi, I’m Logan!

I’m Logan, but my friends call me LoLo :) I am a registered dietitian, but my passion for health, fitness, and performance started early as a young girl growing up playing sports and became even more eminent as a competitive lacrosse player. I’ve always loved sports, running, and working out, but when I saw the correlation between fueling my body properly, and my athletic performance improving, I knew I had found my passion for sports nutrition, which led me to pursue a career helping others fuel their bodies for success.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from San Diego State University and my Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University. My academic foundation paired with hands-on experience shaped my expertise in sports nutrition and performance enhancement. I’ve worked with elite athletes as an MiLB dietitian for the Tampa Bay Rays, specifically with their High A team, the dietitian for MLB’s Arizona Fall League, and as a dietetic intern with the Los Angeles Chargers. These roles reinforced my passion for using performance and body composition data to create individualized meal plans and hydration interventions that help athletes excel. Additionally, I have worked with collegiate athletes during my time with Texas A&M Performance Nutrition educating them on the roles of macronutrients and the importance of pre and post practice fueling.

I firmly believe that fueling your body for performance, recovery, and everyday life is essential—whether you’re on the field, in the gym, or pursuing your own personal health goals. In addition to optimizing physical performance, I also am deeply invested in improving cognitive performance via nutrition. As a research assistant in the ION Lab at Texas A&M, I gained vast experience in investigating the drastic role nutrition and hydration play in cognitive processes with positive nutrition habits leading to greater mental clarity, focus, and reaction times. I believe athletic and cognitive performances are deeply interconnected with nutrition serving as the foundation for both.

My approach includes teaching healthy habits for fueling and hydration, focusing on the importance of small, sustainable goals, and empowering individuals to find their “why” when making changes.

Fueling your body and eating nourishing foods doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive. That’s why I emphasize tasty recipes that fit your goals and preferences—because nutrition should be enjoyable, not a chore. Whether you’re looking for creative pre-workout meals, satisfying recovery snacks, or family-friendly meals, I’m here to help you find options that work for your lifestyle.

From optimizing physical and cognitive performance to creating meal plans tailored to your specific goals and preferences, my intention is to help you feel and perform your best.

My motto is make it happen so let’s make it happen together and build positive habits that fuel your success, one step at a time.
